Whew, no break in between, I was sweating like crazy! I had extra time today. It's amazing what I can do without getting sore anymore.

REALLY???? Wow, can't believe that was me! No wonder we started a group called the PHC's on another weight loss site. Pretty Hard Core, girls.
If there was a slight chance that I could get through that workout now, there is NO way I'd be able to walk the next day!
