I'm going to separate them next time... maybe after I leave them out on the counter. Also someone suggested toasting them. NOT a good idea, at least with mine. Not a fan of burnt egg.

If you toast them, leave them in on a lower setting and keep an eye on them. I only leave mine in maybe for a minute or so.

I use my toaster oven... on the lowest setting... and still usually grab them before the thing "dings".

I charred quite a few of them before I figured that out.

But as they say, charcoal is good for the digestion....

TY Cleo.

I do have a question. I made another batch these turned out better than the first BUT I do plan to get the little pans so they will all be uniform.

anyways when I put my burger together and went to eat it my buns started "dissolving" (lol...if only) for lack of a better term and they were sticking to my fingers. Is this normal? They were still great and I'd chose eating them over not having a bun I actually FELT like I was eating a burger not a piece of meat on a salad. lol

Just wanted to see if this is normal.

The bun should hold up if it has had ample time to dry out after storing in a bag.

I tend to use mine within a couple days, so I leave mine out on the counter for the most part in an open bread sack.

You could try sticking your buns in a toaster or toaster oven, on the lightest setting to dry them out a bit more if you want to use them right away. Just be sure to keep a very careful eye on them so they don't burn!

Ok thanks. I'm afraid to put them in the toaster if they fell apart I'd never get them out. lol I have a large toaster oven so I think I'll go with that. Yea I heard people say to keep them out in a bag. I'm just a little worried about my cat helping himself to them at night.

I usually find him in the kitchen sink for some reason.

My buns won't fit in the toaster until I lose another 30 or so pounds.
