Thumbs up Banana Pudding ~ The Kind With Wafers!

This is my favorite desert and now I've made it in just 5 minutes and i tell you it is low carb and taste like the original!!!!!

Ingredients:

1 box Murray Sugar Free Vanilla Wafers
1 box Sugar Free Banana Cream Pudding
2 Cups Low Carb Hood Milk (can use whipping cream or half/half)
1 empty pie pan

line the bottom of the pie pan with vanilla wafers

pour the 2 cups of milk into a bowl and add the pudding. use a whisk and whisk for 2 minutes.

pour over top of the vanilla wafers.

Put in the refridgerator until set. If you can afford the carbs, whip up some whipping cream with splenda and put on top of your serving!

I dare you to try this!!!!!!!!!!!

I've also used butterscotch pudding (excellent)!

I am sure the SF cookies don't contain sugar, but undoubtedly they contain white flour. Sugar-free does NOT mean low-carb. Also SF pudding isn't extremely low-carb, either.

Whenever I go to the store I dream of some of the sugar free cookies being carb-free, but that is not the case. This sounds like a good treat if only it was lower in carbs.

You could cut the carbs considerably by substituting an almond meal/melted butter mixture for the crumb base.
