Did anyone else see the silly discussion about Atkins this morning? They had a dietician on that (as usual) spouted out the "all about the calories, Atkins doesn't allow you to eat fruits and vegetables" garbage. From the commercial, I thought they were going to have a guest who ACTUALLY knew about Atkins. What a waste of time! I was late for work because I was so excited to see it!

Missed that but there are more interviews and spots with pro-low-carbers on the early show. Even Katie Couric, who is DEAD SET against Atkins & was most unfair with him when he last appeared, had to sit & take it from Suzanne Somers because SHE is a celebrity. Well, her plan is not quite my idea of LC, but at least Katie let her talk.

Dana Carpender was on NBC last Sunday AM with her new cookbook. We'll get there.

Any time you see something like that, send an e-mail to the show producers about how unfair it was to have a 'basher' without an 'advocate' of low-carb.
