Default 18 pounds down!!!

It's the first time I've been under 200 pounds in years. I can't wait to see myself at 40. For all of you who are struggling keep at it. The results are worth it

I think you're going to do this! Getting to that first twenty lb or so loss is huge! You start to really get your low carb groove on, at least I did. Anyways, stick with it, you've obviously changed habits that are gonna work! I'm at about twenty lb loss (although it did take 7 months) and its just sooooo much easier now. Congratulations girlfriend!
