Hi and Welcome!

Have you read any of the SBD books yet?
My best tip is to follow the meal plan guide and food lists as closely as possible. They are both located in the SBD weighin thread or the beginning of my journal.
Are you starting with phase I?

Yes, I read the book. He is starting with induction. I am not. Not being diabetic or having any blood sugar issues I think I may be able to up the carbs a hair and start at phase II and be ok. (I hope, if I find I am not losing I am going to drop back down to phase one..)
