Default Some questions

I just wanted to know what you all thought about this.

I saw on the GO website that they recommend Kashi cereal. Anyone ever try this (seems it's 11 grams of net carbs per cup).

Also, I was wondering about dried berries, like dried cranberries or dried cherries. Anyone try these? I love dried cranberries and having them in yogurt would be yummy.

Thanks,
Tam

Default hello

dried fruit usually has more sugar than fresh fruit. read labels or do a search at the usda site to find out how many. cranberries might even have added sugar. would definitely taste good, but determined by how many carbs you want to have a day would make a difference if you ate them. I like fresh raspberries and blueberries personally.

as for the kashi...Mmmmm...it's very good. whole grain mixture used for cereal or pilaf. again, depends on what else you eat, but this stuff is yummy and way healthy.

are you doing go?

Jo
