Default Quit all forms of Nicotine 66 hrs ago!!!

Hello Everyone!!!
I've been Nicotine free for 66 hrs now....I thought it would be so much worse, or is the worse still to come. The cravings are minor and I'm looking at them as the road to recovery... What I was wondering about is I'm having a hard time sleeping, I toss and turn all night and I dream, Is this normal and has this happened to any of you.....
Thank you
I'll never take another puff
Louise

Talking Good for you!

You are doing great!

If you are on the patch or Zyban, then what you are experiencing is completely normal. I've heard the same effects about Zyban, and for myself, I never remember dreams. Ever! Until I went on the patch. Suddenly they were so bizarre they woke me up every night!

The good news is that now that I'm on the last level of patch, they seem to have stopped.

I kind of enjoyed it while it lasted. It was like a free drug trip, without the drugs!

Cheers!

Thanks for the reply Donna.
I'm not on anything, I'm going cold turkey....just me and my willpower and it's going really well so far I was just wondering about the stupid sleep thing...maybe it's just withdrawal.

Thank you for the reply

Congratulations on quitting!
I'm not there yet! Just peeking in to see how you folks were doing.
Good luck to all of you.
I'll be back when I'm ready to stop.

Thumbs up Wow...

Louise, you are a much stronger woman than I!! I'm so impressed. I'm one of the most stubborn, strongest willed people I know and I wouldn't dream of going cold turkey! I am so impressed! I bow before your greatness!

Keep it up girl!

And you, ladyboyd. You come on back anytime!
