I always think that being vegetarian and on atkins must be a real challenge. I normally eat eggs - fried/omlette or scrambled and have cheese/corgette/onion/mushrooms with them, but it's difficult to know what to suggest if you don't est fish or meat.
I hope someone can help you!
Good luck!
xx

Hey Deepti!

Do you eat eggs?

Otherwise, you can make Tofu Scrambler for breakfast. You can buy the mix in the healthfood store, or make your own from a recipe you find on the internet. (I think the make your own versions are tastier.)

Also for breakfast, you can bake or fry tofu, you can have veggie sausages from the health food store, and you can buy protein bars and protein shakes. There are also lc cereals, hot and cold. I eat mine with lc soy milk. You can make lc muffins. And Jenn makes a lc granola herself.

Deepti-- start a journal and get into the conversation flow with all us lc vegetarian and pregnant ladies. It will be much easier for you to find hints and tips for living this lc lifestyle with people who do it everyday.

Faith

Default I don't know if they have Morning Star brand foods over there

Morningstar makes a whole lot of vegetarian foods. They make sausage links and patties, fake bacon and ground "meat". I think the main ingredient is TVP (textured vegetable protein). They're pretty low-carb and I love them!
