Ok, no AM cardio...was up later than expected!! But I went to the gym today and i feel good!!

Did kind of an everything workout today b/c I was showing my mom the different machines. She did so well!

Forgot to look at the distance b/c I was so siked with how awesome I felt this morning! I decided to do some intervals about half way through the workout. I kicked some BUTT! lol Sprinted for 2 mins, normal for 2, sprint, normal... ended up buring 371 cals....the whole time I kept thinking, I gotta look hot in my bikini! lol
