Default Delicious Cauliflower Salad

And I dont' even like cauliflower, but this is really good!! It makes a ton too!

1 Head of Lettuce---shredded
1 Head of Cauliflower----cut in small pieces
1 Med Onion---chopped
1 lb bacon----cooked and crumbled
1 cup Mayonaise
1/2 or + cup Parmesan Cheese----sprinkled

Layer in order in large non-metalic bowl. Let set overnight ( preferably 24 hours) in the refridgerator. Toss and mix WELL just before serving.

THe recipe originally called for 1 tbs sugar sprinkled on top, but I never put sugar in this. It's crunchy and very, very good.

Also, may need less mayonaise, depending on how big the cauliflower and lettuce heads are. I know in summer time, they are huge, but this time of year they are much smaller, so just spread the mayo on top, but not too much. Also, you can play around with the Parmesan cheese amounts. This really does make a ton, so you and whoever else can eat this for a couple of days.

It kind of reminds me of that too. I think anything with the mayo, parmesan cheese and bacon combo tastes great. When they set for awhile and let the flavors mix.. ohhh.. so good! I'd have never touched a cauliflower before this and this is the only thing I will eat with cauliflower in it. Made it again yesterday.... my whole family loves it.
