I live in the Las Vegas International Country Club Estates. That gated community across from the LVAC. It is okay. A little high priced, but safe and next to everything.
Xenadrine is nice, but strong. Also it is expensive. I get Heat Thermogenic, I buy it at the LVAC, I think it is like $18 per bottle. Be careful, even though they are "all natural" they still have quite an effect on your body. They speed up your metabolism by speeding up your heart rate. You don't want to over do it. Make sure you are in good health heart wise and start out slowly, take less than it recommended on the back.
I know that no carbs isn't the greatest way to handle the stall, but I needed a boost to keep me on track. The stall was depressing me and the hint of carbs in my diet was making me crave more. I do plan on adding carbs to my diet, but slowly. I think I was eating more of them than I was realizing. I take vitamins and fiber pills and heat, so hopefully my body isn't in too much of a shock. I seem to be losing 10 pounds per week. I want to get down to 225 by January first and then start slowing down. First to five pounds per week all the way down to two. Maybe setting my sights too high, but I won't beat myself up for not meeting my goals as longer as I am closer to them.
