It was a gluten free triumph!

One of my favorite restaurants has a "bagel & lox" plate, and as my eyes lingered upon it, I hit upon asking for it as... an omelete!

It was fan-freakin'-tastic.

I love when that happens! Kudos!!

Breakfast today is cottage cheese with bell pepper slices and a few green onions (just because I love that little bite they give), add coffee and I'm full.
