I am drinking tons, and I mean tons, of water. Approx. 128 fl. oz and sometimes more. The only problem I have experienced so far, that I can't seem to alleviate, is dry eyes. Any suggestions?
Maybe it is just from staring at the computer screen from reading all these great posts!

Hi, Terrie! I don't have an answer for you, but I did want to welcome you Drinking water is one of the best things you can do -- good for you.
Are you saying that the dry eyes started AFTER you started drinking so much water? Could it be that the weather got colder or dryer, or that your house or office is very dry because of heat?
I think you are right! My office is awfully hot. And the weird weather from warm to cold in Maryland these past few weeks have probably made me more sensitive. (78-80 degrees 1st week in December and now snow this weekend, crazy!)
