sounds easy enough,I like the idea of the muffin tins, but how many carbs in each muffin? I am new to this

As this is an ancient thread I doubt the original poster is still around, but you can easily find the nutrition numbers by entering whatever ingredients you intend to use into My PLAN here or in any of the many food logging websites or apps then divide by the number of servings.
