Ok well i feel off the wagon for about 5 months ( horrible I know). anyway i find it hard to find stuff to eat lunch. so i was hoping i could have these yes or no?
If it's not on the ok foods list, then no. The yogurt is good, but it can trigger cravings in alot of people because of the sweetness if nothing else. Maybe save it for a treat to celebrate making it through the 2 week period and then saving it for a special treat at that time.

5. Eat nothing that isn't on the Acceptable Foods list. And that means absolutely nothing. Your "just this one taste won't hurt" rationalization is the kiss of failure during this phase of Atkins. http://atkins.com/Archive/2001/12/15-325810.html
If you click on the "acceptable foods" link, you'll have your answer.
