I will always look very fat but I lose too much muscle and get injured if I go too low even if I am careful. Struggling with it now. I'm very weak compared to what I was like at 230 and it's very frustrating. And I tend towards getting injured at lower weights. I finally gave up on a 180 goal even though 180 is the line for "obese" for me. I'm small-framed so you would think it would be different but things are hard to do now at a lower weight, especially that demand leg and upper body strength like squatting and push ups.
