I need some ideas, I feel like I have been eating the same thing for the past few weeks and I am bored!!

I put salad greens in a bowl, roll up a piece of ham and cut it in sections, then roll up a piece of swiss and cut it in sections, put a small amount of black olives on top, then apply oil and vinegar and oregano
-This is inspired by the salad at my favorite sandwich shop.

My favorite quick meal is a salad that is full of shrimp, avocado, slice onions and tomatoes. I make a salad dressing of MCT oil and rice vinegar.

I toss chicken wings with a seasoning mix (Penzey's) and stick them in a hot oven till they're done.

Steak always tastes good; I can't imagine ever getting tired of it.

Roast chicken is a no-brainer. Roast anything is easy -- just season, stick it in the oven and set a timer. Check the temp when it comes out.
