I'm not sure if I understood you right...
I take pork ribs..(sweet and sour cut) cut them into small pieces..generosly sprinkle garlic salt..or garlic powder and salt to taste... and broil them. 20 - 25 minutes on each side. Oven Rack on bottom.
Dry garlic ribs...The best! Am having them for lunch actually.
