30 min on the treadmill - switching up the speeds - watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead 2. Love these documentaries about juicing.
So I didn't make my goal this week - but I can say up until Monday I was chasing, carrying and playing with a puppy.
Wed - 30 min treadmill
Thur - 15 min walk
Sat - 30 min treadmill
total 1 hr and 15 min
