Default Carb up Question for T Dan and Zeus or who ever!

My husband asked if I could indulge in donuts and breads for carb up. What do you say? Too much fat?

-Oh...how nice that would be, huh? Well, if you want to avoid fat spill-over from the carb-up...those snacks are a 'no no'. However, if you wanted- you COULD have a 'cheat day' every 3-4 weeks. But, then you wouldn't be following a 'CKD'...would you?

Default yep ...

The carb up should be realitively low fat.

The CKD calculator should tell you your limits in terms of fat, carbs, and protein.
