Default Cardio and lift question

Hello (again)

it best suits my needs to do ALL workouts in the AM (Cardio and then lift) - Is that an issue?

Always train first. Your muscles are fueled by glucose. In the AM, storage is already low. By doing cardio first, youre only depleting it more, which makes for a weak workout. On the other hand, doing yor weight training fist wil deplete glycogen (for the right purpose) and put you into a more efficient fat burning mode when you do your cardio afterwards...
