Default LC Sauces

Has anyone tried the Empower Foods LC Sauces? http://www.empowerfoods.com.au/products/lc_sauces.php

I'd like some feedback if you have any to offer.

Cheers,
Wabi

p.s. If you don't have an outlet near you, I found these guys: http://www.locarb.com.au/online/default.asp as distributors - but some info on delivery areas is unclear. I've mailed them with a few questions.

I've tried the tomato and the satay but not the sweet and sour. I thought they were pretty good. The satay was a bit runny though...it has a fairly high water content, probably to make it go further. I thought the tomato sauce had a nice tang to it. I'll buy the tomato again but prefer to make my own satay sauce...it's very simple and much cheaper to make your own and you can use crunchy peanut butter!
