Potassium
Multi

The Magnesium and Potassium actually seem to be pro-active... meaning they have noticeable positive effects for me.

My supplements:

Multi-vitamin
Ester-C
magnesium
potassium
fish oil
vitamin E
something else that my wife puts in my pill-keeper...I think it may be calcium, but I'm not sure...

I recently got the PPLP book, and was even more convinced of the importance of supplements. I especially liked the section about Vitamin D and sunlight.
