Elaine, you asked about the hazelnut syrup, I do like it, but my favorite is the kalui' cafe', (I usto be a white russian fan) don't ask!

We DID get warm weather back, it is 50* and I LOVE IT!!!!

Well I better get going if I am going to make my walk before it gets dark on me!

Ellie, it was 30 yesterday, so far it's 17 today but I haven't eaten dinner or had the last snack yet. I know Wendy stays around 900 cal but for me it's more like I need around 1000 to not feel wiped out.Tomorrow will be the first day I try to do a protein day at work. Then it's on to the weight loss phase on Tues.

PS, just did the twenty min Tai Chi tape. It's neat, it's an upper body workout (Living Arts) that uses a weighted ball. I just use my WATP ball since it's about the same size and weight.Looks simple but if you do it right you really feel it. Might look into the lower body one.

Bawdy , eat something. I saw this terrible show last night on 48 Hrs Investigates about this 50 yr old woman that started to starve herself and now she's anorexic.Not that you're going there but it was really scary. Have a protein drink.Please.

Gosh, Elaine. I didn't mean to scare you or anything. I'm far from anorexic!

I just had a huge turkey drumstick and a handful of Macadamia nuts. Tomorrow I promise I'll eat "normally." It will be a protein day, so here's what I plan to eat for breakfast and take to work (don't know what times I'll eat it, so I won't label it breakfast, lunch, etc.):

Protein shake with half-and half
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp SF peanut butter
2 ounces Neufchatel (LF cream cheese)
3 ounces tuna
turkey drumstick

I entered this in my Fitday journal and will update it with any changes. It comes up to 1230 calories, 62 grams of fat (46%), 132 grams protein (43%), and 32 grams carbs (10%). Some people only count around 4 carbs for a cup of yogurt because they say the live cultures "eat up" the sugar in the milk. I counted it as the full 17 carbs.

And anyway, I'M NOT 50!

Figured I'd better check in and let you know Nurse Rachet isn't holding me hostage - my ISP was down all day.

BTW, we had Nurse Marshmellow today --- she lets me do whatever I want - we went to the mountains - I was careful .
