Did the treadmill yesterday and today - am adding 1 minute intervals of slow jogging to see if that speeds things up. I'm definitely breaking a major sweat!

Been doing great on exercise - at least 45 to 60 minutes per day of walking either outside or on the treadmill. I do longer distance outside at a steady pace and do shorter distance with intervals on the treadmill. Yesterday, I did 45 minutes on the treadmill. I exercised every day last week, so I'm taking today off - it's Labor Day (and I don't want to labor).

I had to cut back on the exercise - with the higher intensity walking, I somehow messed up my knee. I'm taking the week off and will start back next week at a lower intensity.

Well, fast forward 4 months. I joined Curves a week or so ago. I like the workout so far and I really feel it afterwards - the knees are holding up for now.

Great workout at Curves this morning - I'm already feeling stronger and I have soooo much more energy the rest of the day!

Been going to Curves pretty regularly. Need to walk the other days too.
