Default BLT Wraps

BLT Wraps

Bacon or Turkey Bacon, Tomatoes and Mayo on Cabbage Leaves

– fell in love with them over the weekend when looking for something tasty and lo and behold – fulfills my need for something crunchy as well! Cabbage leaves may be difficult to separate into nice leafy sections but even the smaller leaves made nice BLT snack pieces. Yum!

Default blt wraps napa style

Chinese Napa cabbage leaves are the easiest to use: large and easy to separate. Just a suggestion.

Love the idea of using cabbage leaves, especially napa. Nice change from lettuce. Thanks.

And you could probably parboil them the same as you do for cabbage rolls, and make it a lot easier. What a great idea!
