Actually, I started exercising a few weeks ago. I bought a mini-stepper and have been using it five days a week. When I started, I could only do 3 minutes!
I am now up to 29, will be doing 30 tomorrow.
Here is my plan for next week.
M W F 30 minutes on stepper
toning: back, chest, shoulders and abs
T Th 30 minutes on stepper
toning: arms and legs
