Question PPLP or PP??

I just finished my first 5 days on PPLP and I am doing fainly well as long as I am prepared for my *serious* evening munchies. But I was wondering.. do I need to read the original PP book or do I know everything I need to from PPLP? Are there differences? Is PPLP basically an updated version of PP?
Thanks!

Hi, sunni. I think PPLP is basically an updated version of PP. There are some good menu ideas and recipes in PP, though, so you may want to pick it up in paperback and browse.

There was a similar question from the other end of this question (if I've read PP do I need to read PPLP) asked a few threads down that you might want to check:
