May this turn out to be a false alarm, Glenda!

Also, a note for any newbies: a plan is only a start. A plan is a direction, not a rulebook. It's a great way to consider a new direction, individual tweaking might be required.

I've seen people with the misconception that every plan will work if a person follows the rules. Then they pick a plan with rules they like

That plan is not likely to work with anyone. If we are following a plan's rules, and it's not working, don't be afraid to experiment with one of the rules to see if that makes a difference.

Keeping the carb count low is always good. But maybe not enough for the goal we want to reach.

Mammograms don't tell the whole story.
One oncolological radiologist said of my mammogram: "Ive never seen anything like this!"
the local university breast cancer clinic refused to take me as a patient as they said: "this is not a 'primary site'"
No one ever found this supposed 'primary site'
Numerous radiations later I am declared cancer free
but my breast is still sore even after all these years.
