I didnt do well on it. I was eating too much! For some, calories dont matter, but its easy to go overboard with high fat and that didnt sit well with me. For others, fat seems to fill them up, so they tend not to eat a lot (unfortunately, I like to eat too much). In my case, I didnt gain, but I didnt lose either- too many calories, which do, sometimes, have to be considered, especially when you dont have that much to lose. Just try it out, many have had success with it, it might work for you.

whats the Duke University Diet?- Dining Hall Cuisine ?

I'm also trying to find something that fits me. I like to workout, but the extreme low carb thing makes it SO hard. I've tried Intermittent Fasting and its doable, but I either dont eat enough in the evenings or binge. It's kinda crazy. Its so hard to find something that works for you, but once you get there (it might take awhile), you'll be glad!!! Right now, I'm focusing on losing weight, so I eased up on the weight training- I need to see the numbers go down- its psychological. So I do cardio, and I'm going to start a whole new 'diet' on monday. Yes, I know you're not supposed to think about this WOE as a diet, but I think thats what I need to be on right now, because I'm not losing anything. I'll return to this WOE when my weight goes down. For 2 weeks, I'm diong PSMF- harsh, I know. Anyway, good luck and let me know how the high fat thing goes for you!

decided to consistently monitor calories in and calories out. get daily exercise and work my way up to some weight/strength training. it is definetely a struggle no matter which plan we choose. stay committed and keep me posted on your progress as well.

I am to also trying to find a plan that will work for me.
I am new to low carb but not to dieting and have dieted myself to become obese over the last 25 years... lose alittle here and gain more back each time.......
Now I need a plan that I can follow that will be right for me and one where I am not hungry all the time. I need to have a plan that I can follow for a year or more because its going to take that long for me to lose all this weight.
I need a plan that I can live with.
