Last night I was working with a personal trainer and she seems really good. (It was free that's the only reason I did it.) She did give me some advice on my form, which I am very grateful for. I will work with her again on Tuesday (again a free session)
First we did some dynamic stretches, then did one set of 15 of the following:
Box Squats/Bicep Curls/Arnies w/10lb dumbbells
Low Cable Rows ~ 40lbs (she made me squeeze my back as tight as possible and hold for 2 secs)
Incline Pushups
Stepdowns (kind of) stay on top of step bring knee up to waist height then act like you are going to step off, but don't touch the ground and come back up to the starting position.
Fun fun. Tuesday is more of the same, watching form and giving advice. One thing I learned, I was leaning too far forward doing squats. Nice to know
