Default need receipe for Bread Pudding please please please

Hi! I completely screwed up a batch of lc white bread by forgetting to add the oil (I'm amazed at how I can be so absentminded and still live) Does anyone have a reciepe for bread pudding? I figure I don't want the bread to go to waste and I MISS bread pudding soooo very much!

Thanks!

Evey

Default bread pudding

Thanks so much! I have only started attempting to cook since I started LC'ing and I can't WAIT to try this! I'm tired of eating everything out of a bag! This receipe doesn't look too complicated either! (and this coming from a person who messes up a bread machine loaf!)

(and I know what you mean about the raw eggs - I made some Atkins ice cream and thought "screw it - I don't have time to heat the mixture!" (too hungry)- I kept waiting for signs of impending death - but I was fine and it tasted soooo good) yum imagine ice cream AND bread pudding!
