OK...now, I bust my ass at 3.5 MPH and burn 230, I walk (because it has been a while) at 3.0 and it burns 202...are 28 calories really worth the aggrivation??

While I am still doing the treadmill and WATP every day, I figure that this isnt really what the gym log is for. If and when I get back to a weight routine I will post it here, but I will put my cardio in my journal for now.
