Parmesan Crisps
Okay, my very first post in the recipies department.
This is something I loved even before LC
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper place 6 small piles of parm cheese. Spread the piles out so they are nice and thin. Make sure they aren't touching each other tho.
Then season with garlic, powder or real bits of garlic, black pepper or fresh herbs, really whatever you like.
Bake in a 425' oven for about 10 minutes or until just golden brown on the edges.
Take them too far golden and they just taste burnt so watch them carefully.

PS I make them as part of my italian night. Usually with Itl. wedding soup and roasted veggies. I'll list the soup on another thread
