My protein shake and protein pudding
Not much but so tasty.
1 cup low carb soy milk natural flavour
1 scoop low carb whey protein vanilla flavour
1 tea spoon olive oil
1 tea spoon of favorite coffee.
Mixed in a blender and voila.
I usually drink 2 a day.
Protein pudding:
1 tea spoon natural peanut butter
1 scoop of whey protein
a bit of water mix with spoon and enjoy.
