Default Low Carb North Carolina - October 15th

Following the success of the Low Carb West Virginia meeting, a program with similar format is scheduled for Saturday, October 15th at the Durham NC Hilton,
1-4 pm with an extra evening dinner. In addition to Dr Westman; Jackie Eberstein, Jimmy Moore, and Dana Carpender will speak. Tickets available from:

https://www.eventbrite.com/e/healca...ets-27295714216

As mentioned elsewhere, you can also sign up for the Heal Clinic Welcome Kit and they send you a FREE copy of the Heal Care program. The list of permitted foods is now on page 12-14. Heal Care plan is the exact same plan as the Duke Lifestyle Clinic Plan, with the exact same "Page 4". To maximize confusion, it is also the same plan reprinted in the back of Why We Get Fat and what DietDoctor.com is using for his Two Week Challenge with very minor changes.

Note Heal Clinic now offers a "Partner" coaching option for Non-Medical weight loss. You must not have medical issues or take medications to be considered for this, but it can be done all by Skype. If you do have a medical issue, the first appointment must be in person and then the type and amount of follow-up determined by your medical situation and progress.

For anyone who did not attend...an inspiring 3 minute video of Before & Afters...don't miss the last 20 seconds.

The LC Support Group still meets every first Tuesday at Durham Hilton, free unless you order the LC buffet. You can watch it on Periscope live and for the next 24 hours, and hear Dr. Westman answer LC questions from audience or viewers for 90 minutes.
