That's great you are going to Denver. You may be able to guess why I will not be there, unless the fires drive us home. You should be speaking!

It's a good point, LC conferences should include success cases. Grav, Jean, Ken, and others from this forum would be effective speakers validating the fact that improved health can be achieved and sustained. I'm hoping the organizers of LC Denver read this thread and make it happen.

Well, in past years they have had a"five minutes of fame" section for people to get up and tell their stories, similar to Gold Coast, where I took my opportunity last October.

It could yet happen for me again, but I'm sure I'll have a good enough time just being there, meeting and greeting with so many people I've come to respect and admire from so far away for so long.

And I don't just mean the celebs, that includes anyone else from this forum who might make it there as well.

At the end of the recent LCMD podcast, Jeff Gerber talked about what's new at LC Denver...they will have the five minutes of fame on Sunday. http://lowcarbmd.com/episode-85-dr-eric-sodicoff Know you are already prepared.

Haha, the cat is out of the bag. Yes, the five minutes of fame section starts at 4pm on the Sunday, right at the end of the conference. And yes, I've been told that they're happy to have me speaking during that section.

So yes, it looks like I'm going to be on stage there as well.

Woot! Good for you.

BTW, DH's and I's new doctor is a seven year keto veteran, and he loves the word "Banting," saying, "This isn't new! It's from William Harvey in 1862!"

Not the guy who discovered the circulation of the blood. This one was an ENT specialist inspired by lectures in Paris by Claude Bernard on the liver.
