Default Eggs, every day, all day

I am going for induction again. I can't face eating much meat, so I plan on eating
crustless quiche (eggs, cheese, bacon, heavy cream) along with raw veggies for most of my meals and snacks. I think I will not be bored and I won't have to worry about what to prepare.
Does anyone see anything wrong with this?

I don't... and what have you got to lose by trying anyway?
Well you could end up having so many eggs that you end up
wanting only meat ;-)... I would just make sure to get some
source of iron and enjoy the change. If the scale says other-wise
maybe you can work in fish or tofu in exchange for cheese or cream.

Good Luck

As long as you're getting veggies, eggs can be a good sourceof protien. It could get really easy to get sick of them fast though. Can you eat soy in any form? You might try the tofu mock mac and cheese. It tastes like the real homade thing. Also what about whey protien? I make a great hot cereal using ground flax seeds, unprocessed oatbran, and a scoop of designer whey protien. It is splenda sweetened. I may add some cinnimon, then enough water to make it soggy, and microwave 1 min. Then when it's done I add some LC milk or cream to make it smooth.

Remember too you'll be getting some protien form dairy such as the cream, cheese, and if you choose LC milk. Make sure you get enough daily though to support your lean mass needs. The last thing you want is to start losing lean mass. That slows the metabolism and keeps you from getting a tight, toned look.

Sounds OK to me. I would get bored on it, but I'm sure you would get bored on what I eat (lots of frozen meat patties).
