I need some words of wisdom please.

On Tuesday, I was at 211.2. Go Me! Then on Wednesday, I was 216.2. I did not eat off plan in anyway. I eat only 20 total carbs per day and around 1200-1400 cals per day and I practice IF and my eating window is 12-6 pm daily. At first, I was like, water-weight, it will go away, but as of today, I am still 216.

I have increased my water intake hoping to flush it away and nothing. I am not bloated although, I feel "achy". I am pre-menopausal, so I don't always get my periods now. I just don't understand what is happening.

Any suggestions or words of wisdom, from my fellow WOE followers?
