I have read about a "meat fast". However, the thread did not describe how to do it. So, if any one out there knows what it is, (1) how long do you do it for, and, (2) how much meat does one eat per day, and, (3) what else can you tell me about it? Thanks.
I tried this a couple times to unstall me and I was able to drop 2 to 3 pounds each time. I only do it for 3 days and eat as much meat as I please (eat when hungry and stop when full!). I basically ate bacon, hebrew national hot dogs (1 carb a dog), steak, and chicken. I did use condiments such as Walden Farms ketchup, bernaise sauce, and Steel's sweet and sour sauce (yum!).
