Hi Disky

Sorry to hear you have been ill. Know that feeling as I was ill for 2 weeks recently too. So put the falling off the wagon behind you and look towards the future.

This losing weight is hard work! So keep focussed and the new you will emerge.

Had something wonderful for dinner tonight and that was acorn squash mixed with cream cheese. Very yummy and filling. Halfed it and cooked it in the microwave, sort of steamed it, then scooped it out its shell and mixed it with the cream cheese.

Every success.

Sorry to hear about your ill health and detour into carb land. Glad to hear you are heading back to lo-carb territory. Good luck with it.
