Default Calorie Calculation

When I enter nutritional information from a label to a custom food item, I am informed that the information I entered was incorrect. There should be a way to override the calorie equation to allow for products such as Atkins, whose calorie information is always higher than the formula yeilds.

There is a way If a product has 20 grams of carbs, but claims a 2 gram net carbs, you can enter the 20 grams in the carb field, and 2 grams in the PECC field.
