I would start with the Profile and set it up using the boxes which are pretty much self-explanatory. Then, just go through each category and fill it in. If you're looking through the Food Lists, just enter the food, click on Add to...whatever meal, breakfast, snack....You can customize and add to your favorites the same way. It will take a little while to figure it out but just think...if your figuring it out you have no time to eat!
