I am trying to start with My P.L.A.N. but don't know what to do or how to get started.

I would start with the Profile and set it up using the boxes which are pretty much self-explanatory. Then, just go through each category and fill it in. If you're looking through the Food Lists, just enter the food, click on Add to...whatever meal, breakfast, snack....You can customize and add to your favorites the same way. It will take a little while to figure it out but just think...if your figuring it out you have no time to eat!

me too....really having a hard time with it...so each day I go in and try to do more...I figured out if you hold mouse pointer over words they light up...and if you click them they do something. I am somewhat puter literate...even though my explanation doesn't seem like it. Just mess with it when you have free time. I looked in the my plan thread and didn't find any answers.
If I find out any thing I will let you know!

thanks Chari and Bobi...I feel dumb having to constantly ask questions but how else will I know right, lol. Also, how do yall get the little weight graph started on the bottom of your posts?

Don't feel dumb.....just add/edit weight info..it's right side.
The best thing is to just sit and study...play with it...if you mess up you can change it! Hope I helped...I still have issues with it!
