Talking Oh My Gosh!

I just tried this last night on a bed of sauteed spinach & it was extremely yummy. Possibly the best dish I've made.

I was a bit concerned that the glaze looked somewhat
coagulated(sp), but I think I might have overcooked. When it said put in the sauce pan, I put it on heat!

Thanks for the recipe...YummyLicious. Especially with barely cooked ahi.

Smile Stupid Question....sorry...

Since I am relatively new to these types of recipes, I aplogize for asking what's probably obvious to everyone else...

At the bottom of the recipe Karen lists the total fat and total calories-- is this the amount for all four pieces of prepared Ahi with glaze, or are the values on a per serving basis??

Not sure what a "yummylicious" is, but it sounds good! Gotta get me some of that...

For the whole recipe. It's easier to divide if you eat more, less or make the pieces smaller.

From all of these ingredients:

8 Tbsp. cold unsalted butter
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1-2 Tbsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1-2 Tbsp. prepared wasabi

It works out to 2.5 ECC's per serving.

Karen

Hi Karen...
Thanks for sharing this recipe, I am really excited to try it out tonight. My question for you would be your recommendation as to what a great side dish would be?

I had two, beautiful tuna steaks thawing when I found this recipe. I fixed it for dinner tonight & it was wonderful! For a side, I fixed Parmasan zucchini fries ala Kevin. A very tasty meal! Thanks!
