Default Help getting back on track!!

Hi, all - I started this Atkins in June/July 2003. Had lost 35 lbs by November 2003. Then Christmas hit and I gained 5 lbs back. It is almost May now and I cannot get the 5 + 2 lbs off!! I have some family issues that plague me and I can't seem to put them aside. I worry a lot, too much. I walk every morning 2 miles, mostly to relieve stress. I just need someone to be accountable to. If anyone would like to join me, email me at sterling801~yahoo.com. Someone who doesn't mind talking and listening .
thanks.

Honey, if you need someone to talk to, I am always available

You can do this. Why not start back on a clean induction, and I am sure that will help those pounds start to come off again. I just started taking l-carnatine and I have started losing weight again after being stuck.

Hang in there. Atkins is not a quick fix, it is a WOL, and you did not gain this weight overnight, and so you will not lose it overnight either.
