Unless he had a severe case.

I landed in the hospital with strep....hadnt eaten for days and drinking was torture. Too sick to care what the treatment was. Mostly remember being too dehydrated for the emergency staff to get a line going, then laying in the bed too sick to care. My mother thought it a good time to buy new undies for me and held them up for me to see.In front of my very slender sister. Could fit two bowling balls. I just started yelling at her, she didnt get it. They left.

Have no idea what the treatment was.

I think they're just over prescribing it, probably good incentives from the drug company.

Darn so sick in the hospital and aggravating you too!

Pre-antibiotics, I am sure surviving strep would have favored people with fat to burn.
