Hey Marcia!
glad you are enjoying the exercises! I think doing arms is fun cuz you seem to notice results faster, especially biceps and forearms... you mentioned that you did your LB when you got home from work.. do you usually do it in the morning? if not, maybe give that a try and see if its better. You will begin to see your quads soon... those muscles look great.. and the good thing about doing legs is that the muscles are bigger so you get your metabolism up there when working it!!

You will be in fine shape by June 30, I know it!!

have a good one, looking good!!

Jodi

Just finished 20MAS! Yeah Me!!! Realized that I was doing this incorrectly, not by a lot, but I reread and did it to the letter this morning. What I was doing was going back to level 5 for 2 minutes, when I should have been going back to level 6 for a minute. Not a big deal, but now I've got it right.

Note: My lower back is a little sore today... not *hurt*, but sore. I think I was doing those Bent-Over Rows incorrectly... perhaps arching my back??? I think for the next UBWO I will try the BB Bent-Over Rows. I saw those on a web site last night and practiced a few. I like how they felt!

Well... just about time for breakfast and I'm starved!!!

20MAS... DONE!

Tomorrow is suppose to be UBWO, but I may switch to a FBWO 3 x week... two sets each, reps 12 - 15, and see how I feel. This idea is from Krista Smash's beginner's work out. Although I've been doing this for 3 weeks I still feel like a beginner as far as energy goes. I am always so exhausted when I'm done... I want to see if this helps. I can always add more as I get stronger.

Time for breakfast!!!
