Default A quick delicious snack (or dessert)

I accidently found something I love to eat and is so easy. I had a bag of frozen blueberries I had bought at Sam's or Costco (months ago), and decided I sould be eating them. I put about 1/3 cup in a bowl, sprinkled on 1 packet of Sweet-n-low and kind of mixed it in the frozen berries. I poured 2 or 3 tablespoons of cream over the top and mixed it in. The cream freezes to the berries and makes an interesting and refreshing treat.
Caution: this is not for induction, but if you are doing on-going weight loss, or in maintenance, you may be able to fit it into your carb allowance. Blueberries are VERY good for you.

I love having this for breakfast. Most times I add diced strawberries a few blueberries cover in about 2 T of heavy cream and sprinkle w/ walnut chips & a drop of liquid splenda. YUM YUM YUM....it helps when I feel like I want cereal.

I'm going back on induction but the minute I get back into OWL I'm going to have this again.

Another thing I've been eating the past couple of weeks, since I'm sick of eggs, sausage and bacon. I take a thin slice of deli pastrami and roll it around a string cheese. Yum and quick & easy breakfast or lunch. Spose you could use any kind of deli meat you like.
