Hey gman. I am still here. I check out this forum a few times each week and post my weight in the a maintenance thread.
Always nice to know there are others in this country that understand low carb. In the real world I know of no-one that follows this WOE, and I've been lowcarbing for 5 years..
Gonna try your cauliPizza at the weekend.

Default N Ireland

Hi Everyone, I'm from Northern Ireland but currently living in Germany. I have about 15 lbs to lose and am back on the Atkins after popping on and off for years. On Day 3 and I've lost 3lbs so far. Fingers crossed I'll keep it up this time. Its terrible to say, but the only thing I really miss on the Atkins is red wine!!!! Theres nothing like getting the kids settled for the night and sitting down to x factor (sad I know, but I have no social life) and a nice big glass of red!! A mug of coffee with cream just doesnt cut it!!! Anyway, good luck everyone x

Hello everyone,

I am sure I posted in this thread a good few months back, but I cannot find a reply from me... so I must have been imagining it, or I have completely missed my post lol.

I am from East Anglia.
